PRODUCER - KIDS’ MEDIA & EDUCATION - The WNET Group | New York, NY (July 2019 to Present)
- Manage all stages of production on educational media series—from high-level content strategy to scripting, editorial review of design and video cuts, budget review, promotions, and distribution. Output includes over 120 hours of original kids’ programs, 5 learning games, and 3 websites via PBS KIDS and other public media distributors.
- Drive audience engagement and brand awareness of PBS KIDS’ award-winning series Cyberchase via innovative promotional campaigns, boosting viewership to over 3 million monthly views on broadcast and streaming platforms.
- Lead strategic transformation of the department's digital media including the successful launch of a dedicated Cyberchase YouTube channel, which garnered over 4 million streams in its first year. Overseeing a team of 5+ specialists and producers, these efforts have also grown the series’ reach to over 800k cross-platform users monthly on streaming and social media.
- Act as technical lead for the Kids’ Media team, and represent the department on multi-departmental working groups focused on media supply chains, strategic planning, and digital transformations.

- Edited and produced over 100 videos and interactive resources for PBS’ free-to-use educational website. Managed CMS uploads for the department, and generated reports in Google Analytics on resource use.
- Developed various post-production and archiving workflows for the department, and ran multiple trainings with producers and senior staff to ensure future implementation.
- Served as project lead on national station outreach initiative for special news program, Chasing the Dream. Tasks included overseeing $100k in station grants, drafting RFPs, creating production graphics kits and best practices documentation, administering contracts and payments, etc.
